Vistiņas karbonādes steiki is built on trusted local Latvian meat suppliers – Senlejas and farm Kolumbi. We dry-age the beef for our steaks for up to 60 days in our own aging chamber, and to ensure stable, honest quality we also personally source carefully selected steak cuts from warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands.
